I've sat on this review for a long time but I still cannot justify the business practices here. I used garden gate for my wedding in May. We had our initial meeting in late February. When we arrived for the meeting, they suddenly had no record of us having an appointment that day. It was clear they expected us to just leave even after we had proof with the confirmation email for our meeting. They did end up meeting with us. I was annoyed, but the owner seemed very nice and a little worn thin so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and used them for my florals. She told us we would receive an email confirmation and a bill within a few days. It never came. I gave them until the end of march. When I called and asked why we hadn't been billed or heard from them, they tell me they have no record of my order. Naturally when I asked to speak to the owner she wasnt there but "would call me when she got in". Okay, I wait 2 more days. I start looking for new florists. I call again. Told no record of my order or my previous call. At this point im angry. They keep telling me I had my initial meeting during the busy season and my wedding is during a busy season. Too bad, this is your business.

Hands down the most amazing floral company you can go to. This company was closing at noon and my sister last minute needed a bouquet and it was already 11:30. They got a bouquet made for my sister, a BEAUTIFUL one at that, within 30 minutes and had it ready for us in more time than needed to get down the aisle, and it was extremely affordable in my opinion for that turn around time. Will definitely be back!

Designer’s Choice is always better than I hoped. I asked for next day delivery and they offered same day! Ordering over the phone took a fast couple of minutes and has always been accurate. I have been buying from them for over 10 years without any problems at all.

I ordered this setup for an employee who is in the hospital. It was delivered the same day shortly after I put the order in. The employee really enjoyed receiving this and plans to bring it in and keep it on his desk when he returns to work.

Excellent team of people and designer! We provided basic details for my mother’s funeral, in the way of colors and thoughts. They delivered absolutely perfect arrangements. Thank you for taking care of our needs, in a time crunch, and so beautifully.
